Treatment Philosophy

My treatment philosophy includes providing a nurturing safe environment where individuals or families can explore problems, define what they want to change, and identify what stands in their way. My goal is to help people discover strengths and build on them, change self-defeating thoughts and behaviors, teaching coping and communications skills, and support their desire and efforts to improve their lives.
