Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 6+ years experience providing individual therapy to adolescents and adults. Specializes in work with transitional age youth and adult populations in the treatment of anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

Treatment Philosophy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, person-centered, and solution-focused. I offer a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free environment to begin working on growth and self-discovery. Most of us experience times in our lives when we feel things are not going as we would like. Times like these can create negative thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may lead us to feel trapped or confused. I aim to restore hope, highlight your strengths, and help you make meaning out of difficult circumstances. My goal is to assist in strengthening skills that will lead you to feel empowered and to live a life that is fulfilling and meaningful to you.

Approach to Treatment

I utilize a variety of treatment modalities and techniques to best meet the needs of the individual I am working with. Some of these include Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy.

Treatment Focus/Participants

I specialize in working with transitional age youth and adult populations on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and self-esteem.
